Prepare a whole batch for the same destination.
Use one set of export rules for product photos, blog images or attachments. Preview the results, then download individual files or one ZIP.

- Choose up to 20 static JPG, PNG or WebP images.
- Pick 100KB, 500KB or 1MB, or enter a custom limit.
- Choose a format and maximum width. Press Process images.
- Click a result thumbnail to compare it with the original. Download when it looks right.
ShrinkBatch first adjusts encoding quality. If that is not enough, it reduces the dimensions while keeping the aspect ratio. The quality control is a maximum, not a guaranteed minimum. PNG uses lossless encoding, but its dimensions may still shrink. Very narrow images or restrictive limits may not reach the target; those results are marked as over the limit.
Check what “KB” means at your destination. This tool uses 1KB = 1,024 bytes. A 100KB result can be up to 102,400 bytes. If a form requires fewer than 100,000 bytes, set 97KB. The same distinction applies to MB.
Small text and screenshots can become hard to read at low limits. Increasing the allowed size, keeping more width, or using PNG can help. There is no setting that guarantees both a tiny file and unchanged detail.
Choose the right output format

Conversion does not always make a file smaller. A highly optimized original may grow after re-encoding; the result list shows the increase honestly. Keep the original if it serves your purpose better.
A reusable website-image preset
The Web preset selects WebP, a maximum width of 1,600 pixels and a 500KB limit per image. This is a starting point, not a platform requirement. A small thumbnail needs fewer pixels than a full-width photo. Review image quality at the size your visitors will see.

Enter a batch name such as summer-collection to get numbered files like summer-collection-001.webp. Leaving the name blank keeps each original base name and adds a number. Names are sanitized for downloads.
Share settings, keep files private
Copy a link to these settings creates a link containing only the format, size limit, width and quality. It excludes your images and the batch name. Send that link to a teammate or bookmark it for your next batch. Opening it fills in the controls; the recipient chooses their own files.
Share these savings copies a short message with the number of processed images and their combined before-and-after sizes. Review the message before posting it. The tool never posts to a social account for you.
Limits and local processing
Each batch supports up to 20 files, 25MB per file and 120MB of combined input. Images above 40 million pixels are rejected before decoding. Output is limited to 16 million pixels, with height no greater than 8,192 pixels. The tool never upscales. HEIC, GIF, SVG, animated PNG and animated WebP are not supported.
Processing and ZIP generation run in your browser. Large batches can take time on phones. Stop a batch to keep and download completed results. Refreshing or closing the page clears the working images, so download anything you want to keep.
Exporting re-encodes the pixels. Do not rely on preservation of EXIF, color profiles, print-resolution metadata or exact color appearance. This tool is intended for web-sized copies, not archival or print-master files.
